Join Claire at Instinct in this soothing sound bath session
Enjoy a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound and vibrations to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to rest, cleanse and relax your mind and body.
These vibrations and sounds are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, bells, and occasionally using the voice. When there is a deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, opening up the flow of energy to move us back toward vibration alignment with health.
Sound can help us shift our energy frequency from lower to higher, removing the lower frequencies of emotions such as fear, anger and resentment. Stress is at the root of many health conditions and it is through relaxation of the body that balance, health and happiness can be restored.

Please bring a mat, a blanket, a pillow or block for your head, possibly a bolster cushion for under your knees, and maybe even an eye mask.
